For this projects art piece, we chose to create a political infographic. This was a good way to show perspective between different people by using different images and facts. To start, we picked out a template on Canva that we thought would look good. Angel and I had to do a lot of research on the government, pro-choice, pro-life, and also religion to get our information for the infographic. We used different images on Canva and we layered them to get a picture that matched what we were thinking and wanted to show. This project piece showed perspective because I gave information on how different groups of people feel about Roe V. Wade.

For english Angel and I created a debate. The debate was between a girl named Brittany who had to get an abortion due to health reasons and a girl named Beth who has a lot of kids and is very conservative. We chose these characters for the debate because their different situations help give context on why they choose what they do and you can see their different perspectives towards it. To create this debate we first had to research debates, how many questions are in them, how long they are, and how they go in general. We did a lot of research on different people and their opinion and then we used it to form characters for the debate. Lastly, we started writing the debate and went back and forth acting as our characters. At first I thought it would be very difficult to argue about this topic but once we got into it I found myself wanting to keep going.

Our FOC project was also combined with our art. We talked about the government and their perspective on Roe V. Wade. We also explained why they make the decisions that they do. To start this part of the project I did a lot of research on how the government works and how they make their decisions. I also did some research about religion and how the government feels about people bringing it into the debate over abortion. I also watched youtube videos on different perspectives so that I could really understand why Roe V. Wade is such a big argument.
